The role involves boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Part-time with flexible hours.
