Immediate opening: we are hiring a line assembler in Howard County, Texas. The job is at a consumer goods manufacturing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station Ideal candidate: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred Part-time with flexible hours. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
