Powder coating line operator — Culpeper County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Culpeper County, Virginia. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
