Bulldozer operator — Scotts Bluff County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska. You will be based in an open-cast mine. Day to day you will check for underground cables and services before digging; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals. Ideal candidate: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours.
