Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in West Berkshire, England. Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
