Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Montmorency County, Michigan. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Your main tasks: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
