Plant operator — Gove County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a plant operator in Gove County, Kansas. The job is on a busy construction site. You should have: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise On the job you will handle: • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
