Cake decorator — Caerphilly County Borough

Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Caerphilly County Borough, Wales. Day-to-day duties: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around £3,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
