Gas service engineer — Cameron County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Cameron County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in customers' homes and kitchens. The role involves: • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points What we are looking for: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
