Safety officer — Williams County

Join our team: we are hiring a safety officer in Williams County, North Dakota. You will be based in a warehouse and logistics yard. Your main tasks: • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
