Oven operator — Stillwater County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Stillwater County, Montana. Day to day you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
