Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwasher in Wayne County, West Virginia. You will work in a catering unit. On the job you will handle: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Full-time, day shift.
