Panel painter wanted in Wapello County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel painter in Wapello County, Iowa. The job is in a car refinishing workshop. On the job you will handle: • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting What we are looking for: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
