Reinforcement fitter • Wright County, Minnesota

We are recruiting: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Wright County, Minnesota. You will be based at a rebar fabrication workshop. The role involves: • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing Requirements: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements Meals and transport allowance provided.
