Bread and bun maker — Stephens County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Stephens County, Georgia. Your main tasks: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $20 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
