Crane rigger • Norton County, Kansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a crane rigger in Norton County, Kansas. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles On a typical shift you will coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; read lift plans and method statements before starting.
