Paint booth operator • Cooke County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Cooke County, Texas. You will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Full-time with occasional weekends.
