Now hiring: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Dickson County, Tennessee. Ideal candidate: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles On a typical shift you will calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit. Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
