Argon welder — Kankara

We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welder in Kankara, Katsina State. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. The role involves: • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish Ideal candidate: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
