Dish pit attendant — Hardin County

Join our team: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Hardin County, Illinois. The job is at a banquet hall. Day to day you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits.
