Thermal insulation technician — Chowan County

Join our team: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Chowan County, North Carolina. You will be based on flat roofs and terraces. What we are looking for: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Working-at-height certificate an advantage On the job you will handle: • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $30 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
