Dogger — Saint Mary's County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dogger in Saint Mary's County, Maryland. You will be based at a busy construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position You should have: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
