What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths The role involves stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone.
