Counter butcher wanted in Eau Claire County

Now hiring: we are hiring a counter butcher in Eau Claire County, Wisconsin. Day to day you will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Full-time with occasional weekends.
