Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head guard / security supervisor in Vermilion County, Illinois. You will be based at a shopping mall. What we are looking for: • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours • 1-2 years experience as a security guard Your main tasks: • Raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency • Operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door • Respond to intrusion alarms and panic alerts • Hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover • Man the reception desk and direct visitors to the right block • Keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $2,500 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
