Great opportunity: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Mason County, Illinois. The role involves calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation. You should have: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
