Immediate opening: sand plant operator (Texas)

Now hiring: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Tom Green County, Texas. You will work at an aluminium die-casting plant. Day to day you will tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
