Lathe programmer-operator wanted in Clark County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Clark County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a tool room. Ideal candidate: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls The role involves: • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
