Powder coater — Shannon County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coater in Shannon County, Missouri. You will work at a powder coating unit. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process On a typical shift you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
