Now hiring: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Worcestershire, England. The job is on a bridge and infrastructure project. On a typical shift you will watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports. Ideal candidate: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
