Restoration bricklayer — Dillingham Census Area

Join our team: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Dillingham Census Area, Alaska. You will work on a commercial construction site. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently Your main tasks: • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser Rotating shifts.
