Requirements: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners The role involves blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
