Bakery assistant — Marion County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Marion County, Arkansas. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day-to-day duties: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
