Single needle operator wanted in Jay County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a single needle operator in Jay County, Indiana. You will work on an export house sewing floor. On the job you will handle: • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required What we are looking for: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams Rotating shifts.
