Immediate opening: bread baker (Yobe State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Machina, Yobe State. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On the job you will handle: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Score the top of loaves before baking At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
