Now hiring: machine operator (Yobe State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a machine operator in Borsari, Yobe State. The job is on a production line. You will set up and start the machine as per the job card; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges. Ideal candidate: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
