Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Cook County, Minnesota. The job is in a machine room on the rooftop. You should have: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Valid driving licence for site call-outs On the job you will handle: • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays Full-time with occasional weekends.
