Scaffolder • Esit Eket, Akwa Ibom State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scaffolder in Esit Eket, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based on a bridge maintenance job. Your main tasks: • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground What we are looking for: • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns 4+ years on the tools preferred.
