Elevator technician — Olmsted County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator technician in Olmsted County, Minnesota. You will work on a high-rise construction site. You should have: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate On the job you will handle: • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
