Thermal insulation technician — Barrow County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Barrow County, Georgia. You will work at an industrial plant. The role involves: • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness You should have: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls 2+ years on the tools preferred.
