Now hiring: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Cooper County, Missouri. What we are looking for: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols The role involves raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $130 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
