Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Day to day you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Full-time, day shift. Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
