Flatlock machine operator wanted in McKenzie County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in McKenzie County, North Dakota. You will be based on a ready-made garment production line. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently The role involves: • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits.
