Urgent requirement: sewing machine operator (Nebraska)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Burt County, Nebraska. You will be based on an export house sewing floor. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently The role involves sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
