Fabrication workshop technician — Madison County

Now hiring: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Madison County, Idaho. You will be based on a window-and-door production line. The role involves: • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents Requirements: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
