VMC operator • Clay County, Georgia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a VMC operator in Clay County, Georgia. You will be based in a die and mould making unit. You should have: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift On the job you will handle: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing 5+ years on the tools preferred.
