Waiter — Eaton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a waiter in Eaton County, Michigan. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts The role involves take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; clear and reset tables between covers; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery.
