Lift erector — Nez Perce County

Join our team: we are hiring a lift erector in Nez Perce County, Idaho. You will be based on a lift modernisation project. On a typical shift you will rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; run load and overload tests with test weights. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota Meals and transport allowance provided.
