We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Steuben County, New York. You will be based in a hospital canteen. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards On the job you will handle: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Full-time with occasional weekends.
