Escalator technician wanted in Mercer County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an escalator technician in Mercer County, Illinois. The job is on a high-rise construction site. What we are looking for: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring The role involves adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
